How can I place an order?

Providing you have an account with us you can place you order via the website, email or phone.

Why can't I see price information on your website?

You need a Hispec account to be able to log in to the website to see prices. If you have an account with us your account manager can set you up with a login.

How to I get a credit account with Hispec?

Please download an application form and email it to customerservices@hispec.co.uk

Which courier do you use?

All orders are dispatched via Parcelforce. Please click here for more delivery information.

Can I get a direct to site delivery?

Yes, please let us know when placing your order.

Where can I download a product data sheet?

Data sheets are found on the the product page under the downloads tab.

Do you have a trade brochure?

Yes, please contact us if you would like hard copies posted out to you. You can also view online versions: Bright Lighting and Protect Fire & Safety.
